1/4 share of our low PUFA pasture raised pork. Our hogs are born and raised on our 65 acre farm in New York. They spend their entire life outdoors on pasture foraging and fed a diet that has no corn, soy, or sunflower seeds. This gives them a fantastic flavor and fat that is low in linolaic acid, super nutrient dense, and so delicious that you want to eat it all!
